But Joe Osha said to sell if INTC goes up! Why didn't people sell?

INTC has already exceeded ML's performance thresholds for their highest-rated stocks. Given the upward move, shouldn't we expect Osha to put a Sell rating on INTC?

techtonicbull, i don't care for analysts advices, financial
managines tips, and don't read wallstreet jounal, barron and
investor bussiness daily for a long time. these will distract me by making wrong buy/sell deciscion. any time
the market correct badly like recently, i quitely accumulate
the best companies in the their sector like intc, csco, amat
etc. if andy grove let me down, that the only
reason makes me sell intc. i did sell lucent at 60 because
management disappointed me.
