What really has me puzzled is most of the high tech I follow are at or ABOVE the levels they were at in Sept >>>> GH, thats ur leadership group, if u remember yahoo made a much higher low in october 98 than in august 98, and their were several others i can't remember. besides them buy amazon with both hands imo. i think today was a breakaway gap, just like the one we filled yesterday from last october.

i noticed the same on alot of stocks i follow too....it has me puzzled and looking for an explanation......do you have a logical insight on this ...

I called the bottom the day before yesterday on MDD and people completely disagreed except one poster. Message 14604933 I have been playing around with a bunch of things and made some variations to some stuff with the help of a friend who is mathematician and this indicator gave me a buy signal on 10/13 which if you look back was actually the low for a lot of the new leaders even though the compx went lower after that. The only problem was that I was already about 90% invested and had only 10% cash left which I put half of to work.Reading this thread and other threads scared me from buying more.I say this because I have a lot of respect for the guys who post here. What I am using does not give a lot of signals rather 3 in this past six months and need to back test it. A buy signal on 5/25,A sell signal on 9/6 and this last one on 10/13. I will go play with it some more and back test and see what I get.
