Sounds fine to me. My feel is that there will just be some conditions placed upon the merged entity the same way as in the JDSU/ETEK merger. I see no reason for this to get blocked because of the quickly changing fiber optics environment, along with the fact that this merger does not directly affect consumers. Does anyone have any valid arguments against this merger getting approved? If not, I'll happily take the ~15% arb with about 2 months left, especially in this market environment. Ali
