Cleto - Not sure what you mean. When is the annual meeting supposed to be? I just checked all over the NHC web site and couldn't find any indication. They could use a little work maintaining that site. I sent a note to IR the other day indicating that the Press Releases section was current through June. They said it would be fixed. There's no information in the Calendar of Events or the FAQ sections. I realize they are focused on other things, but the web site is the first place many investors go to start their due diligence! Looks like the market may continue recovering today...
