I agree. All plays should be reviewable at any time. If the concern is that the game would have an unlimited time frame then limit the number of red flags a coach can throw but at the very least give them the option to have all plays reviewed.

I'm surprised Keyshawn got back in the game after the big hit he took. Looked to me like he was out or convulsing for a few seconds.
