I enjoy reading your posts

oh...to my surprise...I don't think I'm a good poster, but thanks anyway.

It took the top spot as the world's freest place to do business with the least interference from the government, even after China took over. The US came in third, after Singapore.

yeah...freest place to do business...at least lots of things are protected and described by law. But be a little careful when doing business in the mainland. I don't mean to say that Beijing interferes things. However, they want to prevent scams....something like Fa Lun Gung is doing...which I think is a marketing entity to attract more members. The leader makes a lot of money from his cult members.

I have lived in Hong Kong for many years, witnessing how value was created and the leapfrog rise in standard of living throughout the 60's, the 70's and the 80's

some HK people still think they were treated like second class citizens. The HK people who hold BNO passports do not get any protection from the Brit government.

I could go back and live in Hong Kong anytime

I go there only as a tourist.
