Being new here, it seems to me that the bottom line is that the telecoms simply bought too much DSL equipment and got ahead of themselves. So they didn't buy any this quarter and WSTL, COVD, and Copper Mountain got stomped.

However, DSL demand is soaring, and sooner or later they will have to start to buy new equipment with a vengence. So it seems to me that this is a good time to start to nibble at these companies.

Or am I all wet?
