Ken, hte article gives the response even the talking heads realized by now that Arafat has no interest in any real peace and his personal and political survival relies on unrest. UK SKY news just reported that.

Seeing the propaganda clips on the issue, on the arab's TV's networks make you wonder if those people are from the 20th century, or from the stone age with twisted minds.

Most regimes in the region are totalitarians or monarchies, they can not cope wiht democracy lack of corruption etc. therefore the best target is an outsider in this case Israel for Iranian and Iraq it is the US and Israel to justify their people missery.

It is just as simple.
