Redskins Fined... WTEM reports the NFL has fined the Washington Redskins $20,000 for pumping in crowd noise and music through FedEx Field's sound system when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense was on the field during an October 1st contest. Bush league.... Dave I was at the game and can tell you that there was one instance that the announcer told the crowd that it was "3rd down" as the Ravens were lining up so asto remind the crowd to cheer. That was it! He did not say that the Ravens suck...that would be stating the obvious! Typical Deadskin fans...Forgetting when to cheer!!!!
