I would only recommend doing so if you are consistently trying to connect to a server (for example Jersey-r01 earlier this week) that is having trouble. If you are connecting fine, and getting different servers from time to time, this shouldn't be necessary. Occasionally a queued server can become 'sticky', or very attractive to new logons. When this occurs, deleting the .ini file can help.

The file itself will update when you connect, regardless of whether or not you delete it, so if you are concerned about getting an up-to-date list of servers, you needn't be.
