Bill, if Diablillos is marketable it's hard to see why the share price has gone below 40c. Before Luicho -- and when the Barrick pullout was in the far distant future -- PFG traded at a low of 60c. Part of it may be the lack of recovery of the POG, which a year ago many were predicting would by now be over $300. The POG seems very very stable at the $270 range. Even the Mid-East flare-up moved it up hardly at all. It truly seems to have become just another commodity, with its value pegged only on demand for things like jewelry and computer boards.
