Good morning Bosco, Most of what InsiderTrader shows is options related through mid-July. insidertrader.com I'm afraid I don't know about trade restrictions on the shares used in that purchase. I like inside ownership of shares. If the "newbies" at ADCT got stock and sold it, maybe they feel they were paid too handsomely. On the other hand, maybe they saw their shares falling in price and decided to just take the tax hit and collect the cash. In any case, those shares have now moved to stronger hands. Best regards, Tom
