It has taken them almost a year to get good service and at times they fail. Right now they are in a big add campaign, so I expect the service to start to have problems again. Usually they sign up a few people, get the kinks out then go on a massive sign-up which strains capacity and resources. Kinda of like QC. When it works it is awesome. When it doesn't you want to reach through the phone line and strangle someone. Although, because of the problems I have endured with VZ, I have been refunded THE ENTIRE LAST 10 MONTHS. This is where QC really fails. They will never admit they have a problem or simply say, We know you haven't been getting what you have been paying for, so we are gonna give you a refund for all the problems.
