Greg is definitely right here. You should go and have that X-ray ASAP!!! You could indeed have punctured something and be bleeding inside your chest cavity. Better you have it and everything be okay as compared to the alternative. GO!!!!

Did you go to the dr? What happened?Usually there isn't much that can be done about cracked ribs but sometimes the doc will strap up your chest to prevent further damage while it heals.
