That is a good question Stu. I have seen that before and usually the decimal is in the wrong place.

TSER, according to IR...Attorneys can list value with SEC at any price they want based on value of services rendered...stock must be sold within 3 months from date they filed...cannot show a loss or reverts back to lower price
