HG48,

I bet it was because he was running naked thru the yard, totally exuberant over his recent gains. He stepped on a rake, which flipped up & whapped him upside the head real hard. He stumbled forward into the street & landed chest first on his neighbor's oncoming car.

Both VENKIE & the neighbor were found unconscious by the vicar, who promptly excommunicated the both of them.
