US$92.30 bought me a 128MB IBM PC-133 SDRAM in Hong Kong. Quite a bit cheaper than the $130 - $150 I see quoted in the US !

Not all RAM is created equal. You have better brands vs. worse for memory chips, quality and the reputation of assembler, Cas 2 vs. Cas 3 etc.
