No, it wouldn't be a tossup. Were the race between PartyTime and Al Gore, Gore would win because of his experience and because the nation's economic engine is running smoothly. The same principles for voting will hold true in the Bush vs. Gore scenario because Bush, like PartyTime, is inept for the presidency. Therefore, Gore will win.
