I think Ericson's problems are not about a slowdown. It is about Japanese and Korean cell phone makers taking a bigger piece of the pie--away from Motorola and ERICY. However, NOK is the brand name in this sector and is also able to make gains.
That is what I read recently---trying to remember where--maybe street.com.

BTW--All I have been seeing lately in cell phones has been Samsung, MOT and Nokia lately--at least these are the ones getting a lot of display space. I have not seen an Ericson phone lately--at least not pushed by the operators.
