Hi Freeus,

Hate to butt in. Now we're actually on a subject I do know something about. No way for someone to clean your teeth "too deep". Only way to go "deep" is if there is a defect there caused by bone loss. Imagine someone taking a garden hose and tunneling around a fence post with a strong jet of water creating a crater around the post. Your dentist may have been lousy but he didn't cause the problem. He may have overlooked this bone loss problem which usually takes years to slowly develop. Anyway, if you have some questions, PM me and I'll do my best.
