David,

You do not understand how to play the game do you? When they are all over a stock with buys, that is the time to lighten up or sell when they start down grading or reducing their calls is the time to start accumulating good quality companies! I'm happy with the down grades for they will have to up grade next!

Just an observation: SG Cowen is one well respected Wall Street firm. Now, what do you think why CNXT has not fallen more on the weight of the downgrade? Why aren't there more volumes on the way down? Just curious!

Don't you think that most people who wanted to get out of the stock are already out?
