I think the SEC did him a disfavor. They've effectively told him what he did is just fine. He may take note of their displeasure and get a little more subtle, but he probably thinks he has discovered his career. He'll go on and on till he really screws up and gets long,hard time. Or maybe he'll just become Michael Milkin, make a billion, get fined a hundred million, pocket the rest, do 3 years in the can, and live in luxury the rest of his life. Is there something wrong with this system?
