Floyd - that's not all too uncommon, and I doubt THAT will be their undoing. What will be its undoing will be the profit-takers that rode it for the last 35 days or so, which may stop-out some Stop Losses, which could trigger additional short pressure, which may trigger margin calls, which might send this bad boy waving byebye back to $35 or so.

Just a guess.

Most companies, not just high techs sub out the work to companies that are tooled up for specific manufacturing.

Some companies order all the parts, then assemble these parts, lets say in country "A" and they will say the product was "MADE IN COUNTRY A", when in fact it was "just assembled" in country "A".

You need to do more research.
