Of course $10,000 is just a write-off not a cash payment. If they were offering that everyone in the country would go back to college. And make a profit in many cases. gg
So that answers it. Gore raises the write-off to $10,000 but only for lower-middle class so it amounts to whatever, $800-$2800 somewhere depending on what's already there for you.
