I wish MSD would pipe down. They grew at better than the industry rate but not a lot better. HP was growing at twice the industry rate, which is impressive. I think that DELL should focus on the excellence of their business model, their efficiency, their tight cash management, and get people off of share and revenue growth.

Some moron on the Yahoo thread insists on posting and re-posting the link to the Fortune article where MSD says "all we have to do is double our PC share every year and we will be at $84B". Wow... that says DELL is a PC company, that they believe doubling their share is realistic, and a bunch of other stuff which just sets impossible expectations. I liked the line that Rollins took at the analyst conference. I wish that was the only line that was getting press. Then we would have a chance at seeing the stock price reflect the value of the company.
