Albert, good question. I did see an article today about a high percentage of PCs being bought nowadays in the US were second ones for the house, like it's getting a little bit saturated. Yet, PC growth numbers continue to look good, mid to high teens percentage-wise. Another thought is that clock speeds have gone up so fast that buyers are dizzy, and sub 1 GHz PCs will be just fine. Look at Apple, 500 MHz max.

Intel predicted gross margins to stay about the same going forward, around 62 - 63%. They're also opening 2 new 0.18 micron fabs, one in Q4 and the other in Q1. These two things say they're confident in sales and ASPs continuing to do well. I have to be satisfied.
