<<FWIW, no one is required to respond to each & every request that is made from one person to another. I believe that Tom has spent a good deal of time & effort to respond to you for many months now. If your expectations are that you get a 100% (or even higher) response rate to numerous requests to one individual, you have unreasonable expectations. Don't get me wrong Keith. Please feel free to ask away to Volt, or anyone on the porch. The porch is a wonderful place to seek opinions & share your own thoughts, etc. All I'm asking is you have reasonable expectations that you might not always get a response if you are making numerous requests. Please give it some thought.>> I totally agree...nobody is required to respond to anybody. I also agree that Tom has spent much time helping me...and many others. I also agree not to expect a "100%" response rate..........With this said and agreed on....I posted one time to Tom this morning...thats it. He did not respond, and I did not pester him further. There were no numerous requests. This whole mess got started because Freeus asked what was up with RMBS and I mentioned what I knew. I then mentioned I has asked tom about it this morning and got no response. I was then attacked...no excuse me..not the right word...I was then accused by dealer of trying to talk to Tom thru others....I then had Tom ask me to "prove" That I did indeed post to him this morning, which I gladly did. Anyway Tim, I have alot of respect for you as well, so I will stop before I ruffle your feathers as I seem to have done with everybody else. I know this porch is a wonderful place and have stated so many times. One of the things that makes it so wonderful is the diverse group of people and the fact that we are open and honest with one another. You would not believe the amount of private posts I get thanking me for being me and saying what I do on the porch....seem's there are alot of folks in the same boat as me, with the same feelings as me and same thoughts as me, but are too damned scared or ashamed to post. Additionally, respect tends to stop people from saying what they really feel, and everybody respects tom so much, most people (except the clowns of course ) are too damned scared to say whats really on their mind. I've known tom thru SI since the dell days and I would hope he knows me good enough by now that I aint going to hold back squat, but that does not mean I do not respect him....and in closing and with all that in mind, I really try my best not to bother Tom, as I know how busy he is and must have better things to do. That is why i posted once to him this morning and once only.....he did not respond and i left it at that. I apologize for this whole mess...... Keith@Iguessmywelcomehasbeenwornout.com
