All I have to say to "buy signals" is if I trust the companies valuation (ie, I'm not gonna get stuck here forever) I'll take on that falling knife. I've hit near bottom many more times than not. CREE at $78, not quite bottom, but close enough for horseshoes.

If I waited for buy signals I'd be out a ton of money. On the other hand I have never stayed underwater chasing a falling knife on the top tier of gorilla and king companies for whom I have done my very heavy DD.

Just my perspective on buy signals and their wealth robbing effect. But I'm sure goals and methods vary with equal success had by the receipients.
