On the subject of NOK and Verizon, I had an interesting chat with a Verizon reseller about NOK. He told me that Verizon accepted the NOK phones once NOK agreed to place an external (retractable) antenna on their phones (much like the on Qualcomm thinphones). Does this make any sense to you techies out there?

>>>If, however, Nokia has finally nailed the technology, Qualcomm is certain to feel the pressure. "If Nokia wins in CDMA, Qualcomm loses," says Chase H&Q analyst Ed Snyder. "It's a teeter-totter."<<<

What a complete idiot.
