Banks would wind up with some bad paper. The point is -- Plan 1 You want it, can't afford it, here it is, come get it. All you want, decent living conditions, just leave the rest of the population alone. Drug use no longer considered a mitigating factor in crime. If you can afford it, buy it from taxed retailers. No crime no problem -- 'till you can't, then go to plan 1. tgptndr
