we still continue upward until about the middle of Jan. THEN I THINK IT TURNS DOWNWARD. I expect to be out of market by then. Why do you think it may turn sour in mid-January? What are your thoughts? Why will the psychology change? Will the houses be ready to cash in their profits and then ride the market down into bear country? Do you think we are in a bear market or it is upon us, and this might be the last hurrah? -ClappyTheStudent
