Binx,

Good points!

Now, did anyone see the Yahoo! interview with Eli?

I thought it was very good.
What did everyone else think?

Only wish he had a CompactFlash and MMC card
with him for the interview!!!

Binx, a good point, and one which probably has contributed to the confusion and lack of understanding of what SNDK really does and who its competitors are.

A filing with the SEC is typically done by lawyers, who delight in making statements that include all possibilities, even if, in terms of how the marketplace sees the competitors, the end user markets are different. There is also confusion over the fact that Intel and SanDisk have cross licensed each other for some critical technology, such as double density. The fact that Intel uses that technology for a different market than SanDisk still may mean they are competitors in the legal sense, since they POTENTIALLY could use the same technology for similar markets.

So I blame it all on the lawyers, and like Shakespeare approve of his solution.
