Okay cars i was attending a meeting like an idiot i did not read the sign that said no parking due to street cleaning. I got our of my car to go cross the street in a residential section to a house where this meeting was held. I am walking across the street the parking person pulls up. I run back to my car she states to late. I say i didn't know, she says sorry. I say this is a PTA meeting I am giving my time free to help children. She Picks up pen and writes I believe about a thirty five dollar ticket. So laws are made, but people can be just plain miserable with or without them. You can't force a caring society but people who do care are out there. Just don't bump into them on a bad day or we are back to i am in a bad mood so damn it, someone is going to pay. I was trying to help poor kids believe it or not.
