Because Canada's main newspaper, Globe and Mail, published reports about the takeover rumour, the company should come clean and say if there's any truth to it. Everyone should call Biochem's investor relations and ask them to make a disclosure one way or the other. Call Biochem at Tel.: (450) 978-7771. Leave a message, they're not picking up. Or email them at corpcom@biochempharma.com It appears as if someone at Merrill Lynch is accumulating the stock, I hope it is not because of insider information.
