Suspect that you are looking at this from a stockholder's POV. I'm looking at this from an individual's actions POV. Just b/c Gates made stockholders money doesn't mean he ever had an ethical attitude in conducting his business.

I agree the kid was unethical, but he is being "tried as a juvenile".
