The stock is not volatile enough to measure using TA.

The stochs signal lacks aggression and the bottom of the gap down at $8 will likely prove to be a tough upper resistance point.

To add to what the vendmeister said, covd is big in dsl deployment which, from what I understand, is showing signs of losing the battle to cable modem installations and may not recover for quite some time.
