Wonder why someone besides Icahn doesn't make an unsolicited lowball bid for the company? Maybe the high rollers on this thread can get $26 mil together and make an offer? ;-) Had another thought about getting to the bottom of the issues about the appeal, e.g. when will KDUS get the money in escrow. Why not call or email IR at Merck and ask them if they'll look into it? Don't even know if I have to lie and tell them I'm a MRK shareholder. ;-) Got a better chance with them than with Glass. Think I'll look into their website now and see if I can email them.....
