I have a cracked rib..Dr can't do anything but help with pain..which I don't take chemicals..I did take Motrin 800 mg and that helps.My cold turned out to be a severe allergy attack so I am on Clariton. The Mkt should digest a little and head fo 3600/3800.We sur can thank Mr Softie for the boost. It looks like this is going to be a great yr ....

Hi Volt and all, I lost myself $50,000 on Friday the 13th....I sold some of my emc, all my sunw and all my sebl and when I bought them all back yesterday (they are core holdings, if there is such a thing) it cost me $50,000 more. (I was depressed because I was sick on Fri 13th and didn't realize it. Don't trade when you are sick....new rule). But I've been thinking about Buffet's "If you can't stand to see your stocks go down 50% you shouldn't be in the market" and I decided he's right. When my stocks are going down 50% I SHOULDN'T be in the market. So starting next year from April to October I'm out, except for short spurts or short term one or two stock trades. Now I don't know if this patter will ALWAYS work...after all there is no "always" is there? But it sure will work a lot of the time! Freeus But for now....I wonder if it is time to be back fully invested. Do you still think Qcom can get to 100 and Rmbs to 200 by the end of 2000? It would be nice!!!!!
