EJ, what have you bought recently?
and I dont mean garters

got some JDSU march calls yday when 101+ late
gonna git some mowah monday

gonna nibble on EXTR calls here
what I sold for 38 are now available at 24
those march calls will slowly turn north again
nothing but nothing has changed in EXTR's fundamentals
the "edge" in network switching will be a busy place for a couple years
theX will connect to the FO backbone with gigabit speed
they have a fresh new product line, adding to revenue stream
I dont think for a minute that FDRY will outperform theX
it lost some momentum, took some bullcrapp press for "missing the whisper"
or did it miss? who cares?
let them bring it to the table cheaper

totally agree with RangerRick that JDSU is now ready for showtime
as time marches toward TGvg, the SDL merger will be viewed donedeal
we have seen theU base now for a month, dicking with 90's
theU has been a forgotten primadonna
THAT MAKES IT VERY LIKELY TO TAKE ON JET ASSIST SOON
I say JDSU to 150 by Christmas, no problemo
we may seen it under 100 again soon, but I kind of doubt it
the onliest reason I can see under 100 is daytraders taking some shorterm profit and chasing Corning or Nortel early next week
if so, then Uniphaz will be offered attractively

I am going 1/3 theX, 2/3 theU in the next week or so
damn, CIEN just getting away from my extended grubby hands
they are all tired, sore, with a fresh gash from moving furniture
speaking of gashes, Jim
