Does this bubble chart really have application to the market now?

I think we're just about to find that out.

There are so many factors that affect the market that I find it hard to believe that we can all just use a chart to see where the market is about to go in the future. If that was the case then we would all make the same decisions at exactly the same time.

Ignore the fact that the chart exists for a moment (It might as well be non-existant. The average investor does not look at historical stuff like that and I doubt that but a few analysts and strategist bother.)

The charts merely record human behavior...which can be very predictable...such as in making the same decisions at exactly (more or less) the same time...like a herd of fund managers or a mass of J6Ps.

You have to decide for yourself if it is "really different this time." IMHO the evidence for making this case is pretty thin at the moment.
