And let me pre-empt your response, Jim, by reminding you of several points: 1. Big brother is watching you (was it the SEC or the DOJ that you called upon for retribution against brother edwards?). LOL. 2. Elpida has no immediate plans to fabricate ANYTHING. NEC and Hitachi fabs will produce, and royalties will be rendered by them unto Caeser (I mean, RMBS). 3. RMBS is delivering with surgical precision. They have a full $0.47 revs (their last FY projections) deferred. They have unbelievable tax reserves. A CASH GENERATING MACHINE.
