I have no doubts that all remaining potential licensees are out for blood. And they will be, until they all lose their litigious will and settle (just my speculation, of course). Notice the pattern, Jim? Most longs here issue disclaimers about their speculations and state they have something to lose here. No self-righteous jihad to hide behind.
