Yeah, actually, I was refering to an earlier consent decree Try sticking to the facts. :) The Court considered ALL earlier consent decrees, they were part of the case on appeal.

--- Speaking of Michael Milkin, now there's a guy who knows about the state of the software biz* Actually, I think Milkin did "know" quite a bit. I seem to remember reading some stuff of his on dissemination of information through personal computers which was quite visionary.
