Actually the ML ratings are a little better on INTC than the ones you mentioned.

Your ratings are correct but your interpretation is wrong. My comments are accurate. INTC has the same long-term rating (2) as IVIL and PCLN and a lower one than PCLN (1). I had specifically referred to long-term prospects.

Risk ratings are for the most part meaningless. If you can explain them to me, I would be interested. AOL is a "D". Does anyone really think that AOL is at the same risk of going out of business as IPET?

BTW, "7" doesn't mean a dividend is paid, it means the payout trend in absolute terms is expected to be the same or higher.

I don't understand Joe Osha's reasoning. I do believe he is making an honest call...

In my opinion, telling people to sell on CNBC when you have a positive rating on a stock is contradictory.
