I guess drinking 24 glasses of wine and driving through a shopping mall adds them up quick. They guy I was following had 18 violations, he didn't have a license. He explained we were part of a wedding, one that started at 10am and ended when the roosters crowed style. The cop understood and just told us to slow down and stay on the streets.
