Totally agree. There are no message boards that compare to those at SI.

I remain cautiously optimistic after the cc. They basically did what they said they were going to do, and gave guidance that we should expect more of the same type of rev growth (mid single digits) for a few more qtrs. I think we have turned the corner here, but I sure would like to see a new CEO. Would have loved to have heard them say that they got a big chunk of the EDS Navy contract. I don't expect any significant share price increases until 2001, as the guidance didn't warrant any, and I think tax loss selling will effectively keep a lid on any rally attempts. Time will tell.

>>Is it safe to say the SI CTXS board is dead?<<

It was but you seemed to have put new life into it!

Innuit,
I am still here and still read the thread. CTXS represents a smaller portion of my portfolio nowdays so I don't give it as much attention. I will post anything that I find relevant.
Incidentally it is not unusual for posting to stop or change on a thread where the stock dropped big. I saw it happen with 3com, Ascend and a few others, some people even use it as an indicator. Also FWIW I have heard of a few small investors in my area giving up and selling their positions. Sometimes a signal of a bottom.

Good luck,

Ray
