Yep, they are jumping on the Parish bandwagon. What a bunch of morons. Now they are starting to say that Cisco uses "agressive" accounting practices because of its use of pooling of interests and taking the employee options exercise deduction. What a freaking joke! This is a campaign to malign the company and bring down the stock price. It's alos a campaign of sensationalism brought on by folks who can't get media attention any other way. Unfortunately, the majority of people who read these articles aren't educated in accounting practices, so they take the writer's word for it. How extremely disappointing.

Does the article say anything different from the anti-CSCO article they wrote approximately three months ago?

If not, I have to ask myself why they need to publish the same thing all over again.

Yeah... I just read it. They keep re-hashing the same trash piece they did in April. For some reason they don't want to be proven wrong so they keep wheeling out the same garbage regarding accounting and options. This marks the third time since April that they've beat this drum. Pretty soon their either going to look stupid or thier going to be right.

The WS pundits are shaking trees again - nearly every quarter before Cisco's eps reporting, someone bad-mouthed or downgraded the stock to drive down the price, with the intention of picking up cheap shares and running them up later.
