[Capex will increase, but at a decreasing rate, which has stock price implications for those using formulae like cfoe.] One question I have after listening to LU's CC today. They saw a huge drop in their switching business, which seemed to wipe out decent gains in other areas. I wonder if the old-style switching equipment is part of the telecom capex that is in decline. While this would affect the overall capex number, it certainly would not affect the type of products Ciena is selling. Or would it?
