Biotech Jim, Presently, all of the charts in this sector are in downtrends with no signs of bases or reversals. While the group appears very cheap on a fundamental basis, I am beginning to wonder if the news of a slowdown in the computer and telcom sectors will prevent much of an upside move at the present time. I have learned over the years to beware of stocks that don't respond to good news and that's what seems to be happening in the chip sector at this time. Hence, I am cautious. Phil
