IT'S A TURNKEY PACKAGE THAT ALLOWS DEVICE MANUFACTURERS TO GET THEIR PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET QUICKLY. TORNADO INCLUDES A WEB TABLET CALLED STORM PAD WHICH IS DESIGNED TO HELP DEVELOPERS VISUALIZE THEIR APPLICATIONS: JEAN-CLAUDE SARNER, V.P. & GENERAL MGR., WIND RIVER SYSTEMS: "WE ARE INCLUDING TECHNOLOGIES THAT RANGE FROM HARDWARE, DRIVERS, JAVA, CONNECTIVITY TECHNOLOGY, BROWSER TECHNOLOGY AND SO FORTH. AND IT'S REALLY DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR HANDS AROUND ALL OF THAT, SO THE COMPLEXITY MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE TO GO TO MARKET QUICKLY."
